Information for Healthcare Professionals: Diabetes Awareness Training
We are also committed to providing support to the Healthcare Professionals looking after loved ones, primarily in a Care Home environment. According to Diabetes UK, the diabetes prevalence has been as high as 25% in Care and Residential Homes. This Royal College of Nursing (RCN) accredited training module is aimed at care home staff; raising the awareness of diabetes and enabling them to treat their residents with diabetes with confidence.
