To place your orders online simply browse the Medical Shop website and find the product of your choice.
When you are happy with your chosen product simply 'add to basket'. Then click on the 'My Basket' link by the pink trolley at the top of the screen. Your order will be sent to your basket. If you wish to order more of the same product, simply change the quantity in your basket.
When you have finished shopping you can ‘view your basket’. All the products you have chosen will appear on the check out screen. If you wish to delete any products please tick the box and ‘update’ the screen with your correction.
Once you are happy with your order click ‘Checkout’ where you will be sent to the confirmation screen. This screen will show you your order and prompt you to fill in your VAT exemption form, if you are eligible.
When you have completed your VAT form click submit where you will be asked to complete your full name and address details along with your credit card information.
N.B. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express Cards or Electron Cards.
Medical Shop uses the ePDQ credit card payment transaction services provided by Barclaycard. Your payments will be taken in a secure environment protected by ePDQs security.
At Medical Shop we aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days via first class post (subject to availability). An email confirmation will be sent to you stating the progress of your order which will give you complete peace of mind. If orders are placed after 2.30pm on Friday we will process and despatch your order on the following Monday.

BY PHONE

You can order by calling Medical Shop free of charge on 0800 731 6959. Our order lines are open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. If orders are placed after 2.30pm on Friday we will process and despatch your order on Monday. Remember to have your Credit / Debit card details to hand.

BY FAX

You can order by fax, simply use the online order form provided, print it off and fax it to 01993 810769

BY POST

You can order by freepost, using the downloadable online order form provided. You can pay by Credit / Debit card or Cheque / Postal Order (made payable to Medical Shop). Remember to complete all the relevant sections of the order form and include your contact telephone number in case we need to contact you.
