Ordering Information
ONLINE
- To place your orders online simply browse the Medical Shop website and find the products of your choice.
- When you are happy with your chosen product simply 'add to basket'. To view your basket simply click on the 'Your Basket' link in the top right hand corner of the screen.
- If you wish to order more of the same product, simply change the quantity in your basket. Do not forget to click the ‘Refresh button’ to update the basket
- Once you are happy with your order proceed to the Checkout page. This page will show you a summary of your order and prompt you to fill in your VAT exemption form. For more information on what VAT exemption means please see our VAT Payment Section within Terms and Conditions.
- When you have completed your VAT form click submit where you will be asked to complete your full name and address details along with your credit card information.
- You may now choose your delivery method and proceed to pay
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express Cards or Electron Cards.
- Medical Shop uses the ePDQ credit card payment transaction services provided by Barclaycard. Your payments will be taken in a secure environment protected by ePDQs security.
- At Medical Shop we aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days via first class post (subject to product availability). If orders are placed after 2.30pm on Friday we will process and despatch your order on the following working day.

You can order by calling Medical Shop free of charge on 0800 731 6959. Our order lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. If orders are placed after 2.30pm on Friday we will process and despatch your order on the following working day (subject to product availability). Remember to have your Credit or Debit card details to hand.
FAX
You can order by fax, simply use the online order form provided, print it off and fax it to 01993 810769 Download a copy of the order form here
POST
You can order by freepost, using the downloadable online order form provided. Download a copy of the order form here (96kb PDF) You can pay by Credit card, Debit card, Cheque or Postal order (cheques and postal orders made payable to Medical Shop). Remember to complete all the relevant sections of the order form and include your contact telephone number in case we need to contact you.
